Project Overview
A Social Pin Saving App
Reco is a mobile application built to solve a modern friction point: scattered recommendations. People constantly save places to visit across Notes, Instagram, TikTok, and screenshots, making them hard to retrieve when needed. Reco consolidates these saved locations into interactive maps and organized lists directly from other apps.
As part of an interactive marketing course, my team was tasked with developing a growth campaign backed by user research and an allocated budget. Our strategy centered on product usability. I led the UX/UI redesign to make the app intuitive and modern. After our pitch, the founder offered me a job to complete the entire redesign, and that's where this all started.

Overcoming Usability Barriers
Key features were buried, leading to confusion during the onboarding and discovery phases. I streamlined the core flow and made important features much more intuitive.
